All products purchased on Xpark can be returned for free within 7 days after delivery, with the following terms and conditions:
If the product received is not as advertised on our website.
If a wrong product is delivered to you.
Then the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging with all seals intact.
For Infinix, Tecno and Itel products, you can enjoy the VIP Fastpass and fast repair service in the appointed Carlcare Service Center order from ng.xpark.com
Note: Infinix, Tecno and Itel mobile phones: within 12 months, Infinix accessories: within 3 Months.

Ensure that the product being returned does not have the seal broken and it’s intact as delivered.
